這幾天看了一篇節錄自《在禱告中成為同伴》文章，當中最有印象的句子為：
「認識神是不能急就章的，祂的賞賜無法靠運氣而得，也不能匆匆路過的角落尋覓得到，多多與神單獨相處，從祂得著變化的祕訣。」
禱告要自動自發、直接而明確，並求問正確的方向。
自發性的禱告必須願意放下自己的計劃，選擇神的時間表；要保持彈性，不論遇到甚麼情況，都要尋找禱告的好機會。
禱告應該是世上最自然的事：「禱告是與神談話.....和祂聊聊生活的一切要緊事，不管大事或小事，並相信祂在傾聽。」
The statements are quite impressed. In the past, I just know to pray the needs of others and myself. But, according to the passage, I have to learn how to pray all over again - to pray whole-heartedly and to surrender myself. Most importantly, I have to tell God my feelings.

屋漏更兼逢夜雨
First of all, my computer in office is always down. And I had to use other staff's computer in these 2 days.
Worsen still, the electricity supplies in our office was suddenly DOWN DOWN this morning. That means no AIR-CON............
The sun heating the roof and I just seat under the roof.......... I was sweating in 5 minutes' time.
After 30 minutes, CLP staff came and rescued us. After he repaired. I was under the conditions without fans and air-con for 2 hours......
No computer untill 4 o'clock, no AIR-CON, Sweating....That is the saingy goes, "屋漏更兼逢夜雨!"

Today's Lesson
I had an evening class tonight. The name is The history of Christianity.
The first lesson is just an introduction. But it impressed me much.
First of all, according to the teacher said, the christians were crucified by The Emporer of Roman Empire:
Incident 1 in 64A.D.
In Rome, Romans massacred the christians in Rome by crucifying them on the cross and hung them on the road in Rome. Isn't it HORRIABLE???? (Surely, they are the first generation of martyr)
Incident 2
After a few years of the said incident, Romans killed christians in Jersulam and demolished the sanctuary in order to humiliate Jews and Christians
If I were the christian at that time. After 30 years of Jesus's death, I didn't know that I had courage enough to claim that I am Christian.
However, they were strong enough to face such kind of difficulties. It was grace on the other hand. The growth of church could not be stopped though.
Besides that, one of the point that should be marked down:
NO CHURCH IS PERFECT even in the era of apostles. The reason for Paul to leave so many scrolls is that there are so many problem in the church. For example, the norms and values of some church people were distorted. The books of Corinthians exposed such kind of problem (such as splitting among church people and heresies).
However, they were committed to face the problem and didn't show any sign to give in. That is the way we should learn. We shouldn't get used to the problems on one hand. But on the other hand, we should not be disappointed by such kind of problem.
The last point was really enlightened me. Apostle Peter was a self-centred person and ingored others' needs. Say, when he saw Jesus (John 21-22), he jumped into the sea and ignored the fish and his friends on the boat.
But Jesus knew Peter's weaknesses and so He asked Peter to feed the lambs 3 times. It is a way to polish Peter as Peter is not the right person to be sheperd. According to Jesus, being the sheperd, he should take care of each lamb and protect them well.
I found that God wants us to serve Him because of us. He wants us to come close to him and He wants us to be changed under His Grace. So don't give up if we get a chance to serve him. It is not only for the sake of others, on the contrary, it benefits us most.

由於想易於明白，所以這篇會用中文。
今天早上，我要負責搞培靈會。因為要控制Powerpoint,所以這次我可以坐在場內（平時只可在門外，不能聽道）。
講題為生命的信仰與信仰的生命，講員是李清詞牧師（香港第一位女牧師）。內容十分精彩和發人深省，其中一段為：
當一個人有慕道到信仰，以致在教會生活的進程為：
初時，成為信徒後，十分興旺，常常看聖經，但熱情冷卻後，成為教友（少了個信字），日子久了，便成為會友（連個教字也欠奉），到最後變成 1/168會友（168小時中只有一小時是信徒）。雖然有點誇張，但可能也反映了現代信徒最神的熱心只是三分鐘熱度。

Computer and Work!
My computer in office is always down. I don't know why as this is a brand new one bought from DELL ( I guess they bought a cheaper one). However, we only have one IT "EXPERTISE" and she guessed that the capacity of the RAM is not enough. Our EXPERTISE erased my email without any notice............WAHHHHHHH. But, the computer is still down and some of data are lost. What a pity! I never dreamt of working under such conditions. As the so-called IT EXPERTISE just attended few courses about networking.....................

Lessons
Today, my advanced Descipleship Training was started. I have 3 evening-classes a week (Flute, Descipleship Traing and Theological Training). So I am very busy.
However, it is very happy to see my classmates tonight. We were like old freinds, thought we just knew each other for a year. Our sharings are effective that we don't need to spend much time on it and we know how to pray for each other. Therefore, I enjoyed much to pray with them.
I have five classmates. 3 of them are much older than me. Our ranges of age are very wide. Some of them in their forties, but one is just 21. Miraclously, we could understand each other. I think it is because of the Holy Spirit. We are united by God.
Our first lesson was to review our past-year's learning. We all appreciated that we clearly grasped our mission and built up a good habit (say habit to read bible, to set up a stable devotion time and to have self-reflection according to God's view each day) to come close to God.
I did remember when I was attacked by Satan, my classmates would have fasting because of me. It was really impressed.
Our teacher said that she enjoyed to teach us much!
Next time, I would show my classmates pictures.

Birthday! Wahhhhhhh
Yesterday was my birthday. I took a day off. Keung and I watched a movie called "the Brothers Grimm". Though the movie is quite good, some scenes are horrible as though I had watched a Ghost movie. For example, the actress peeled off the skin of a rabbit.......disgusting, right?
